摘要
目的分析在神经内科护理管理中实施精细化管理的临床价值以及患者护理满意情况。方法采取抽签法将2016年9月-2019年4月该院神经内科收治的92例患者分为参照组(46例,给予开展常规护理管理)、实验组(46例,给予采用精细化管理)。对比两组患者对临床护理管理工作的评价。结果两组患者对临床护理管理的满意度研究结果评判,实验组患者各项满意度评分相比较于参照组同等数据指标差异较大,实验组满意度各项评分均高于参照组各项满意度评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理管理中开展精细化管理,通过加强护理工作人员专业水平,可全面提升患者临床各项的护理满意度,对于提升患者临床护理体验价值较高,可予以广泛推广实施。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of patient management in neurological nursing management and the satisfaction of patient care.Methods A total of 92 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology from September 2016 to April 2019 were divided into a reference group(46 cases,given routine nursing management)and an experimental group(46 cases,given refined management).Compare the two groups of patients'evaluations of clinical nursing management.Results Judgment of the results of the satisfaction study on clinical nursing management between the two groups of patients.Compared with the reference group,the satisfaction scores of the experimental group were significantly different.The satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,after t value test,there was statistical significance in comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out refined management in the nursing management of neurology,by enhancing the professional level of nursing staff,can comprehensively improve the nursing satisfaction of various clinical patients,and it is of high value for improving the clinical nursing experience of patients,and can be widely promoted.
