优化护理管理对甲状腺切除术患者的应激反应与并发症的影响研究

Effect of Optimized Nursing Management on Stress Response and Complications in Patients with Thyroidectomy

目的探究优化护理管理对甲状腺切除术患者的应激反应与并发症的影响。方法对该院2017年1月-2019年3月期间诊治的64例行甲状腺切除术患者进行病情回顾研究。经患者及家属同意后,按照入院先后的顺序将其平均分成观察组(32例)、对照组(32例)。对照组医护人员在分组过程中进行常规管理,观察组医护人员在分组过程中进行优化护理管理。医护人员在两组患者护理期结束后,将护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生率做对比分析。结果护理前,观察组与对照组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组与对照患者焦虑评分分别为(34.11±1.64)分、(51.03±4.55)分,抑郁评分分别为(33.56±5.87)分、(50.16±2.67)分,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分显著优于对照组患者(P=0.015);观察组与对照组患者并发症发生率分别为(6.25%)、(15.62%)(P=0.037)。结论科室内医护人员的优化护理管理对甲状腺切除患者的疾病恢复有积极的影响。既能够有效改善患者焦虑抑郁的消极心理,还能够降低并发症几率。护理方法安全且护理疗效极为显著,应推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of optimal nursing management on the stress response and complications of patients with thyroidectomy.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 64 patients with thyroidectomy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019.With the consent of the patients and their families,they were evenly divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)in the order of admission.The medical staff of the control group performed routine management during the grouping process,and the medical staff of the observation group performed optimized nursing management during the grouping process.After the nursing period of the two groups of patients,the medical staff made a comparative analysis of the anxiety,depression score and the probability of complications before and after the nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the observation group and the control group(P=0.095).After nursing,the anxiety scores of the observation group and the control group were(34.11±1.64)points,(51.03±4.55)points,and depression scores were(33.56±5.87)points and(50.16±2.67)points,respectively.The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P=0.015);the complications of the observation group and the control group were(6.25%),(15.62%)(P=0.037).Conclusion Optimized nursing management of medical staff in the department has a positive impact on the disease recovery of patients with thyroidectomy.Not only can effectively improve the negative psychology of patients with anxiety and depression,but also reduce the probability of complications.The nursing method is safe and the nursing effect is very significant.It should be promoted and used.
