风险防范式护理在胸外科护理管理中的应用分析

Application of Risk Prevention Nursing in Nursing Management of Thoracic Surgery

目的分析风险防范式护理应用于胸外科护理管理中的效果。方法选取在该院胸外科不同时段接受治疗的患者划分为两组,一组为对照组(2017年10月-2018年9月),一组为实验组(2018年10月-2019年9月)。回顾性分析对照组胸外科护理管理存在的问题,并于2018年10月开始实施持续质量改进,分析两组患者的护理风险事件发生率以及护理质量情况。结果实验组护理风险事件发生率3.33%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05),实验组患者基础护理(87.25±5.75)分、心理护理(90.27±4.26)分、健康护理(90.67±8.16)分、生活护理(92.77±4.96)分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸外科护理管理中运用风险防范护理管理,能够有效降低护理风险事件发生率,提升护理质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of risk prevention nursing in nursing management of thoracic surgery.Methods Patients who were treated at different times during the Department of Thoracic Surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups,one group was the control group(October 2017 to September 2018),and the other group was the experimental group(October 2018 to September 2019).A retrospective analysis of the problems in the nursing management of the thoracic surgery group in the control group,and continuous quality improvement was implemented in October 2018.The incidence of nursing risk events and the quality of care in the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the experimental group was 3.33%lower than that in the control group 20.00%(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group had basic nursing(87.25±5.75)points,psychological nursing(90.27±4.26)points,and health nursing(90.67±8.16)points,and life care(92.77±4.96)points were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk prevention nursing management in nursing management of thoracic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and improve the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
