分层级护理管理在骨科风险防控及护理质量改进中的应用

Application of Layered Nursing Management in Orthopaedic Risk Prevention and Control and Improvement of Nursing Quality

目的探讨在骨科风险防控及护理质量改进中应用分层级护理管理的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月-2019年5月该院骨科40名护士为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各20名。其中,对照组护士在常规管理模式下进行护理,观察组护士在分层级管理模式下进行护理。在这两种护理管理模式下,观察和比较其应用效果。结果观察组的各项风险防控意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的各项护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组满意度95.00%明显高于对照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在分层级管理模式下进行护理可以提升护理人员的风险防控意识和护理质量,在骨科护理中具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of applying layered nursing management in orthopedic risk prevention and control and improvement of nursing quality.Methods From September 2017 to May 2019,40 orthopedics nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 20 patients.Among them,the nurses in the control group were nursing under the conventional management mode,and the nurses in the observation group were nursing under the hierarchical management mode.Under these two nursing management modes,observe and compare their application effects.Results The risk prevention and control awareness scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.00%significantly higher than the control group.Group 70.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing under the layered management mode can improve the risk prevention and control consciousness and nursing quality of nursing staff,and has higher clinical value in orthopedic nursing.
