摘要
目的探讨心血管内科护理教学中案例教学法的巧妙应用效果。方法选择该院2018年1月-2019年6月80名护理实习作为该次研究入组对象,根据随机数字表随机分为案例教学法组和常规教学法组,每组40名,常规教学法组采用常规教学方法,案例教学法组采用案例教学法,对比两组心血管内科护理实习生的理论知识、心血管内科护理能力评分、管床护理能力评分的差异,采用问卷测调查教学质量。结果案例教学法组心血管内科护理实习生理论知识、心血管内科护理能力评分、管床质量、教学质量评分均高于常规教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法运用于心血管内科护理临床实习教学中可改善心血管内科护理实习生对于护理基础理论和临床护理技能和管床护理知识的掌握情况,提高心血管内科护理实习生管床质量,改善护理教学质量。
Objective To explore the clever application effect of case teaching method in nursing teaching of cardiovascular medicine.Methods 80 nursing internships in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into the case teaching method group and the conventional teaching method group according to the random number table,with 40 students in each group.The method group uses conventional teaching methods,and the case teaching method group uses case teaching methods to compare the theoretical knowledge,cardiovascular medical nursing ability scores,and tube-bed nursing ability scores of the two groups of cardiovascular medical nursing interns,and use questionnaires to investigate the teaching quality.Results The theoretical knowledge,cardiovascular medical nursing ability scores,tube bed quality,and teaching quality scores of the cardiovascular teaching nursing interns in the case teaching method group were higher than those of the conventional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case teaching method in clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular internal medicine nursing can improve the mastery of basic nursing theory and clinical nursing skills and tube-bed nursing knowledge of cardiovascular medical nursing interns,and improve the quality of cardiovascular bed interns and to improve the quality of nursing teaching.
