清单式教学运用于骨科护理临床实习教学中的效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨清单式教学运用于骨科护理临床实习教学中的效果。方法选择该院2018年6月-2019年6月80名护理实习作为该次研究入组对象,根据随机数字表随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40名,对照组采用常规教学方法,研究组采用清单式教学,对比两组护理实习生的理论知识、专业技能、管床质量评分的差异,采用问卷测调查教学质量。结果研究组护理实习生理论知识、专业技能、管床质量、教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清单式教学运用于骨科护理临床实习教学中可改善护理实习生对于护理基础理论和专业技巧的掌握情况,提高护理学生管床质量,改善护理教学质量。 Objective To explore the effect of checklist teaching in clinical practice teaching of orthopedic nursing.Methods 80 nursing internships in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,with 40 in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods.The research group used checklist teaching to compare the theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and tube bed quality scores of the two groups of nursing interns,using questionnaires to investigate the teaching quality.Results The theoretical knowledge,professional skills,tube bed quality,and teaching quality scores of nursing interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of checklist teaching to the clinical practice teaching of orthopedic nursing can improve nursing masters'grasp of basic nursing theories and professional skills,improve the quality of nursing students'tube beds,and improve the quality of nursing teaching.
