摘要
目的分析探讨情景模拟和PBL教学法用于麻醉科住院医生规范化培训中的效果。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月期间该院麻醉科需要进行住院医生规范化培训的医生40名作为研究样本,其中2018年的住院医生共19名,作为对照组,采用传统教学模式进行培训;2019年的住院医生共21名,作为观察组,采用情景模拟联合PBL教学法培训;两组均培训3个月,对比两组的培训效果。结果观察组医生的理论知识成绩和技能操作水平成绩均明显高于对照组,且观察组医生的感兴趣程度也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉科住院医生规范化培训期间采用情景模拟联合PBL教学法培训有助于提高医生的专业水平,增加对课程的感兴趣程度,效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effects of scenario simulation and PBL teaching method in standardized training of residents in anesthesia department.Methods A total of 40 doctors who required standardized training of residents in our anesthesiology department from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study samples.Among them,there were 19 residents in 2018,as a control group,they were trained using traditional teaching methods;In 2019,there were 21 resident doctors.As an observation group,scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method training;both groups were trained for 3 months,and the training effects of the two groups were compared.Results The doctors in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of theoretical knowledge and skills,and the degree of interest of the doctors in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method training during the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department can help improve the professional level of doctors,increase the degree of interest in the course,and the effect is definite.
