摘要
目的研究心脏康复理念在心血管疾病临床护理教学中应用价值。方法在2018年5-12月期间,选取48名于该院学习的护理人员为此次研究对象,按照随机方式分为观察组和参照组,各24名,观察组采取心脏康复理念融入心血管疾病临床护理教学,参照组采取传统教学方式进行教学,对比两组学员的学习满意率、学习结束后的考核成绩以及自我效能得分。结果教学结束后,观察组的学习满意率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外对两组学员学习结束后的考核成绩进行对比,观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);最后,对比两组学员的自我效能得分,可见观察组明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复理念在心血管疾病临床护理教学中的价值较常规教学方式高,通过教学结束后的考核和学员对此次学习的满意度上皆可看出,另外观察组学员在此次学习中获得更优的自我效能感,应用效果良好。
Objective To study the application value of the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in the clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular diseases.Methods From May 2018 to December 2018,48 cases of nursing staff studying in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,24 cases each,and the observation group adopted the concept of cardiac rehabilitation.Incorporating cardiovascular nursing clinical teaching,the reference group adopted traditional teaching methods to compare the learning satisfaction rate,assessment results and self-efficacy scores of students in the two groups.Results After teaching,the learning satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group,and there was a difference in data comparison(P<0.05).In addition,the assessment results of the students in the two groups were compared(P<0.05);Finally,comparing the self-efficacy scores of the two groups of students,it can be seen that the observation group was significantly better than the reference group,and the data are different(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of the concept of cardiac rehabilitation in the teaching of clinical nursing of cardiovascular diseases is higher than that of conventional teaching methods.It can be seen from the assessment after the teaching and the satisfaction of the students in this study,with better self-efficacy and good application effect.
