Comprehensive Evaluation and Analysis of the Quality of Immunization Planning in Hepu County in 2018

目的了解和掌握合浦县免疫规划工作质量和水平,为制定免疫规划策略提供依据。方法现场调查接种率、漏卡率、免疫规划针对性疾病漏报情况及查阅免疫规划工作相关资料等。结果全县乡镇卫生院平均得分为80.52分,出生接种单位平均得分为82.10分,部分接种单位综合评分较低,达不到要求。结论合浦县部分接种单位未达要求,应采取措施加强管理,提高各项工作质量。

Objective To understand and grasp the quality and level of immunization planning in Hepu County,and to provide a basis for developing immunization planning strategies.Methods On-site surveys of vaccination rates,missed card rates,missed reports of targeted diseases in immunization programs,and access to relevant information on immunization programs.Results The average score of township health centers in the county was 80.52 points,and the average score of birth inoculation units was 82.10 points.The comprehensive scores of some inoculation units were lower than the requirements.Conclusion Some inoculation units in Hepu County fail to meet the requirements,and measures should be taken to strengthen management and improve the quality of various tasks.
