摘要
目的探究阿奇霉素序贯疗法在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿治疗中使用的临床价值。方法方便选取2017年2月—2019年5月该院诊治的64例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿开展该研究,确定分组方式是随机双盲方法,各32例,试验组选择阿奇霉素序贯疗法,对照组选择红霉素序贯疗法,评比不同组内有效总计算率、药物不良反应总计算率、发热表现消除总用时、咳嗽表现消除总用时、肺部啰音表现消除总用时。结果试验组有效总计算率相比对照组测定数据值增加(96.88%vs 75.00%),评定结果之间数值差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.335,P=0.011<0.05);试验组药物不良反应总计算率相比对照组测定数据值减少(3.13%vs 18.75%),评定结果之间数值差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.010,P=0.045<0.05);试验组发热表现消除总用时、咳嗽表现消除总用时、肺部啰音表现消除总用时相比对照组测定数据值减少[(3.05±0.30)d、(4.20±0.52)d、(4.10±0.45)d vs(4.80±0.56)d、(5.31±0.80)d、(5.92±0.70)d],评定结果之间数值差异有统计学意义(t=15.582、6.580、12.371,P=0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论为肺炎支原体肺炎患儿使用阿奇霉素序贯疗法实行治疗展现较优的临床药物治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical value of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A sample study was performed on 64 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019,and the grouping method was determined to be a random double-blind method.32 cases were convenient selection included in each group.The test group was selected,with sequential therapy with azithromycin.Sequential therapy with erythromycin was selected in the control group.The total effective calculation rate,total adverse drug reaction calculation rate,total fever performance elimination time,total cough performance elimination time,and pulmonary snoring performance elimination total time were compared among different groups.Results The total effective calculation rate of the experimental group increased compared with the measured data value of the control group(96.88%vs 75.00%),and the difference between the evaluation results was higher(χ^2=6.335,P=0.011<0.05);the drug in the experimental group was poor.The total calculation rate of the reaction was reduced compared with the measured data value of the control group(3.13%vs 18.75%),and the value difference between the evaluation results was higher(χ^2=4.010,P=0.045<0.05);the total time spent in eliminating the fever performance in the test group,The total time for the elimination of cough manifestations and the total time for the elimination of lung murmurs decreased compared to the control group(3.05±0.30)d,(4.20±0.52)d,(4.10±0.45)d vs.(4.80±0.56)d,(5.31±0.80)d,(5.92±0.70)d],the difference between the evaluation results is high(t=15.582,6.580,12.371,P=0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).Conclusion Sequential therapy with azithromycin for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has shown superior clinical drug treatment effects.
