卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Carboprost Tromethamine for Postpartum Hemorrhage in Pregnant Women

目的探索卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的疗效。方法该次研究对象方便选取该院2017年8月—2019年8月妇产科产后出血孕产妇100例,利用数据库随机分组的方法将孕妇分为L组和K组。L组采用米索前列醇治疗,K组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。结果L组产后2 h出血量(206.85±25.43)mL、24 h出血量(307.89±43.17)mL少于K组(284.69±36.97)mL、(405.98±48.52)mL。止血时间(21.36±4.86)min短于K组(29.76±5.23)min。L组总不良反应发生率为6.00%,K组总不良反应发生率32.00%,L组总不良反应发生率显著低于K组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。L组TT(16.49±2.34)%、APTT(35.21±5.86)%、D-dimer(1.41±0.32)mg、FIB(3.56±0.27)g/mL、TNF-α(120.48±15.65)pg/mL、IL-6(50.67±5.82)pg/mL、BNP(46.85±5.62)pg/mL,K组TT(25.96±3.19)%、APTT(47.23±6.31)%、D-dimer(3.27±0.49)mg/L、FIB(4.11±0.09)g/mL、TNF-α(152.98±18.74)pg/mL、IL-6(82.04±8.56)pg/mL、BNP(78.11±8.19)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=16.925、9.8700、22.473、13.664、9.412、21.429、22.253,P<0.05)。结论对产后出血孕产妇实施卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the efficacy of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women.Methods 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in gynecology and obstetrics from August 2017 to August 2019 in our hospital were convenient selected for this study.The pregnant women were divided into group L and group K by randomized database.Group L was treated with misoprostol,and group K was treated with carboprost tromethamine.Results The blood loss at 2 hours(206.85±25.43)mL and 24 hours(307.89±43.17)mL in group L were less than those in group K(284.69±36.97)mL and(405.98±48.52)mL.The hemostatic time(21.36±4.86)min was shorter than that of group K(29.76±5.23)min,which was comparable.The incidence of total adverse reactions in group L was 6.00%,the incidence of total adverse reactions in group K was 32.00%,and the incidence of total adverse reactions in group L was significantly lower than that in group K(P<0.05),which is comparable.L group TT(16.49±2.34)%,APTT(35.21±5.86)%,D-dimer(1.41±0.32)mg/L,FIB(3.56±0.27)g/mL,TNF-α(120.48±15.65)pg/mL,IL-6(50.67±5.82)pg/mL,BNP(46.85±5.62)pg/mL,K group TT(25.96±3.19)%,APTT(47.23±6.31)%,D-dimer(3.27±0.49)mg/L,FIB(4.11±0.09)g/mL,TNF-α(152.98±18.74)pg/mL,IL-6(82.04±8.56)pg/mL,BNP(78.11±8.19)pg/mL(t=16.925,9.870,22.473,13.664,9.412,21.429,22.253,P<0.05),are comparable.Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine is effective for pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage.
