孕前针灸联合阿司匹林对抗心磷脂抗体阳性所致复发性流产的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Aspirin before Pregnancy Combined with Anticardiolipin Antibody Positive Recurrent Abortion

目的分析孕前针灸联合阿司匹林对抗心磷脂抗体阳性所致复发性流产的临床疗效。方法便利选取该院2017年10月—2019年8月90例抗心磷脂抗体阳性患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者孕前采用阿司匹林进行治疗,妊娠确定之后,采用地屈孕酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加孕前针灸治疗,对比两组妊娠成功率、抗体转阴率、先兆流产率以及血清因子变化情况。结果观察组妊娠成功率为88.89%,高于对照组的60.00%,抗体转阴率为68.89%,高于对照组的44.44%,先兆流产率为17.78%,低于对照组的37.78%(χ2=9.870、14.889、4.486,P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-10为(18.96±1.68)ρ/(ng·L),高于对照组,IFN-γ为(312.58±9.89)ρ/(ng·L),低于对照组(t=12.632、8.963,P<0.05)。结论孕前针灸联合阿司匹林对抗心磷脂抗体阳性所致复发性流产的临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and aspirin combined with anti-cardiolipin antibody before pregnancy.Methods Ninety patients with anticardiolipin antibody positive in the hospital from October 2017 to August 2019 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Droprogesterone was used for treatment.The observation group added acupuncture before pregnancy on the basis of the control group.The pregnancy success rate,antibody negative rate,threatened abortion rate,and serum factor changes were compared between the two groups.Results The pregnancy success rate in the observation group was 88.89%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the antibody negative rate was 68.89%,which was higher than 44.44%in the control group.The threatened abortion rate was 17.78%,which was lower than the control group's 37.78%(χ2=9.870,14.889,4.486,P<0.05);IL-10 in the observation group after treatment was(18.96±1.68)ρ/(ng·L),which was higher than the control group,and IFN-γwas(312.58±9.89)ρ/(Ng·L),lower than the control group(t=12.632,8.963,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with aspirin before pregnancy has a significant clinical effect on recurrent miscarriage induced by anticardiolipin antibody.
