探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效

Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy under Ureteroscopy for Ureteral Calculi

目的探究输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2017年7月—2019年3月期间治疗的64例输尿管结石患者进行病情回顾性分析。经患者及家属同意后,将其随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组患者分组过程中采用气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,观察组患者分组过程中采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术进行治疗。待两组患者治疗期结束后,医护人员将其临床治疗效果、住院时间、手术时间进行记录分析。结果观察组与对照组患者治疗有效率分别为(96.8%)、(81.2%)(χ2=3.512,P=0.034);观察组与对照组患者住院所用时间分别为(4.58±1.02)d、(6.99±1.54)d(P<0.05),手术所用时间分别为(40.32±9.61)min、(59.62±11.52)min(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术能够有效提升输尿管结石患者的治疗有效,并减少其住院时间与手术时间,治疗效果极其显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy for ureteral calculi.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 64 patients with ureteral stones treated in the hospital from July 2017 to March 2019.After the patients and their families agreed,they were convenient selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy during grouping,and patients in the observation group were treated with ureteroscopic hafnium laser lithotripsy during grouping.After the treatment period of the two groups of patients was over,the medical staff will record and analyze the clinical treatment effect,hospitalization time and operation time.Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were(96.8%)and(81.2%)(χ2=3.512,P=0.034);the time spent in hospital for the observation group and the control group were(4.58±1.02)days and(6.99±1.54)d(P<0.05),the operation time was(40.32±9.61)min,(59.62±11.52)min(P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy can effectively improve the treatment of patients with ureteral calculi,and reduce their hospitalization time and operation time.The treatment effect is extremely significant.
