情志护理在肿瘤介入治疗患者中的应用价值探讨

The Value of Emotional Nursing in Patients with Tumor Interventional Therapy

目的探讨在肿瘤介入治疗患者中应用情志护理的应用价值。方法方便选取100例肿瘤介入治疗患者,时间于:2017年7月—2019年7月,随机电脑编号分组:对照组与研究组,其中,对照组实施常规护理,研究组进行情志护理。对组间的患者护理满意度(服务态度、护理操作技能)与治疗依从性优良率进行指标对比。结果就研究组而言,其患者护理满意度服务态度:(80.13±2.32)分、护理操作技能:(81.12±2.56)分指标方面高于对照组服务态度:(72.33±1.56)分、护理操作技能:(73.32±1.67)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.730、18.040 P<0.05);就研究组而言,其患者治疗依从性优良率指标(96.00%)方面高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.000,P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤介入治疗患者中应用情志护理的应用价值显著,可以有效提高患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性优良率。

Objective To explore the application value of emotional nursing in patients with tumor interventional therapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with interventional tumor treatment were convenient selected from July 2017 to July 2019.Random computer numbering was used to group the control group and the research group.Among them,the control group received conventional nursing and the research group received emotional nursing.The indexes of patient satisfaction(service attitude,nursing operation skills)and excellent compliance rate were compared between groups.Results As far as the study group was concerned,the patient satisfaction index service attitude:(80.13±2.32)points,nursing operation skills:(81.12±2.56)points was higher than the control group service attitude:(72.33±1.56)points,nursing operation skills:(73.32±1.67)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.730,18.040,P<0.05);in the study group,the patients with good compliance rate of treatment compliance(96.00%)were higher than the control group(84.00%).the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emotional nursing in patients with tumor interventional therapy is of great value,which can effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and excellent compliance rate.
