品管圈活动的手术室护理在颅脑损伤患者手术中应用的价值

The Value of Operating Room Nursing with QC Circle Activity in the Operation of Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

目的分析在颅脑损伤患者手术室护理工作的开展当中,品管圈方案的实际应用效果。方法方便选择该院2018年1月—2019年5月收治的78例颅脑损伤患者为主要对象,所有患者均需接受手术治疗,将其随机均分作对照组与分析组,给予对照组常规护理,而分析组对象则接受品管圈模式术后舒适护理干预。观察两组患者的并发症发生情况、接受不同方式护理前后的生活质量、患者总体满意度以及临床基础指标。结果分析组患者接受护理干预后的并发症发生例数为2例,少于对照组的10例,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.303,P=0.012<0.05)。分析组接受护理后SF-36分值为(88.3±1.1)分,高于对照组(67.6±2.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=47.330,P=0.000<0.05)。分析组满意度达到97.4%,高于对照组76.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.341,P=0.007<0.05),相关数据进行分析后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受手术治疗的颅脑损伤患者护理方式选择而言,给予其品管圈模式手术室护理的效果更好,该方案值得应用。

Objective To analyze the practical application effect of the quality control circle program in the development of nursing operations in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods The 78 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were conveniently selected as the main subjects.All patients required surgical treatment,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the analysis group.The control group adopted routine nursing,while subjects in the analysis group received comfort nursing intervention after QC loop mode.Observe the complications of the two groups of patients,quality of life before and after receiving different types of care,overall patient satisfaction,and clinical basic indicators.Results The number of complications after receiving nursing intervention was 2 cases in the analysis group,which was fewer than 10 cases in the control group(χ2=6.303,P=0.012<0.05).The SF-36 score of the analysis group after receiving care was(88.3±1.1)points,which was higher than that of the control group(67.6±2.5)points(t=47.330,P=0.000<0.05).The satisfaction of the analysis group reached 97.4%,which was higher than that of the control group by 76.9%(χ2=7.341,P=0.007<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant after analysis of the relevant data(P<0.05).Conclusion For the choice of nursing methods for patients with craniocerebral injury undergoing surgery,the effect of nursing in the quality control circle mode operating room is better,and this program is worth applying.
