集束化护理在盆腔炎患者中的应用效果

Effect of Cluster Nursing in Patients with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨分析集束化护理对盆腔炎患者的应用效果。方法于2017年1月—2019年1月期间方便选取该院盆腔炎患者78例,按随机数字表法,分成对照组和实验组,对照组予以常规护理干预,实验组予以集束化护理干预,各39例。对比、分析两组护理效果。结果护理后,实验组优良率97.44%优于对照组82.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.014,P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率5.12%低于20.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.129,P<0.05)。结论对于盆腔炎患者,应用集束化护理干预,护理效果明确,有效提高了依从性,能改善生活质量,降低并发症的发生,值得应用和推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,convenient selected of 78 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were included in our hospital.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given bundled nursing intervention.39 cases each.Compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups.Results After nursing,the excellent rate of 97.44%in the experimental group was better than that of the control group 82.05%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.014,P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.12%lower than 20.51%,which was significantly different(χ2=4.129,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,the application of bundled nursing intervention has a clear nursing effect,effectively improves compliance,can improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worth applying and recommending.
