耳穴压豆配合中医推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Auricular Point Pressing Beans Combined with Traditional Chinese Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析对腰椎间盘突出症患者给予耳穴压豆、中医推拿联合治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取在2018年10月—2019年5月期间在该院康复医学科就诊的46例腰椎间盘突出患者进行观察,将采用基础治疗的23例患者设为参照组,将采用耳穴压豆、中医推拿联合治疗的23例患者设为研究组,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率(91.30%)高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.301,P<0.05);研究组JOA评分、VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数较治疗前均明显改善,且改善情况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆、中医推拿联合治疗能有效缓解患者疼痛等症状,促进患者腰椎功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure and traditional Chinese massage therapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Convenient select a total of 46 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 were observed.23 patients who received basic treatment were set as the reference group.23 patients treated with massage combined were set as the study group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(91.30%)was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.301,P<0.05).The JOA score,VAS score,and Oswestry dysfunction index of the study group were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing and traditional Chinese medicine massage can effectively alleviate patients'pain and other symptoms,and promote recovery of lumbar spine function.
