血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸、乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between Serum Homocysteine,Uric Acid,Lactate Dehydrogenase and Creatine Kinase and Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要 目的以糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,总结血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸、乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶与疾病发展的相关性。方法方便选取该院于2018年3月—2019年5月间收治的46例糖尿病患者为观察对象,根据患者疾病情况,将其分为视网膜病变组(21例)、无视网膜病变组(25例),对两组患者进行进行相同检测,血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸、乳酸脱氢酶及肌酸激酶水平变化。结果视网膜病变组患者、无视网膜病变组的同型半胱氨酸水平分别为(15.36±3.22)μmol/L、(9.61±2.25)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.29,P<0.05);视网膜病变组患者的尿酸水平分别为(399.36±51.62)μmol/L、无视网膜病变组为(303.75±49.36)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=43.26,P<0.05)。两组患者的乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶差异不显著,视网膜病变组患者分别为(138.25±21.48)U/L、(48.26±13.63)U/L,无视网膜病变组为(136.28±30.55)U/L、(47.33±12.74)U/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者的血清同型半胱氨酸、血清尿酸水平对糖尿病视网膜病变发生、发展产生重要影响,值得关注。 Objective To summarize the relationship between serum homocysteine,uric acid,lactate dehydrogenase,and creatine kinase and disease development in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods Convenient select the 46 patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were used as observation objects.According to the disease status of the patients,they were divided into retinopathy group(21 cases)and non-retinopathy group(25 cases),the same test was performed on the two groups of patients,and serum homocysteine,uric acid,lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase levels were changed.Results The homocysteine levels in the retinopathy group and the non-retinopathy group were(15.36±3.22)μmol/L and(9.61±2.25)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.29,P<0.05);the uric acid levels in the retinopathy group were(399.36±51.62)μmol/L,the group without retinopathy was(303.75±49.36)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=43.26,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase between the two groups of patients.The patients in the retinopathy group were(138.25±21.48)U/L and(48.26±13.63)U/L,and those without retinopathy were(136.28±30.55)U/L and(47.33±12.74)U/L,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients'serum homocysteine and serum uric acid levels have important effects on the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy,which deserves attention.
