摘要
某型号滚珠轴承在使用过程中,滚珠发生损坏现象。从宏观观察、扫描电镜观察、微观观察以及化学成分等方面进行分析。分析结果表明,轴承损坏的原因与轴承基体组织中含有大量的非金属夹杂物有关,轴承在使用过程中造成非金属夹杂物脱落,形成裂纹源。
A batch of ball bearing fractured on the balls in the course of service.Reason for fracture was analyzed from macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscope observation,microstructure observation,chemical composition analysis and other aspects.The result showed that there were a great many of nonmetallic inclusions in bearing matrix,and the nonmetallic inclusions dropped from matrix when the balls were service and then resulted in the fracture of the balls.
