高校档案机构保存着大量对社会发展有价值、多载体的档案,目前为了发挥高校档案的作用,高校档案机构以社会需求为导向,以公共利益的最大化为目标,从单纯为本校服务到面向社会提供网络服务,在探索助力经济和社会治理创新的同时,必须加强高校档案原件的安全管理、高校档案网络服务的安全管理,保护好国家的战略资源,为国家振兴做储备,为子孙后代谋福祉。

At present,college archives institution preserves a vast archives of a variety of carriers,which are valuable for social development.In order to play the role in archives in colleges and universities,colleges and universities archives institutions regard social demand as the orientation,regard the maximization of public interest as the goal,from simply serving the university to providing the needs of society by network services.In the meantime of assisting the economy development and social governance innovation,the security management of the original archives and university archives network services must be strengthened,so as to protect the national strategic resources,for reserving the national revitalization and the well-beings of future generations.
