腹腔镜下两种保守手术用于输卵管妊娠的临床效果及其对再妊娠结局的影响

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Conservative Surgery for Tubal Pregnancy and Its Effect on the Outcome of Repregnancy

目的:探析腹腔镜下两种保守手术(腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚缝合术、腹腔镜下输卵管开窗取胚术)用于输卵管妊娠的临床效果及其对再妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择沈阳安联妇婴医院2017年1月~2018年12月收治的68例输卵管妊娠患者为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将其分为观察组1和观察组2(每组34例),观察组1采用腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗,观察组2接受腹腔镜下输卵管开窗取胚术治疗,比较分析两组的手术指标以及再妊娠结局。结果:两组患者在接受不同方式治疗后再妊娠结局对比无任何差异(P>0.05),但是观察组2患者接受手术治疗的时间要更短一些,这一数据与观察组1对比存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对输卵管妊娠患者的手术治疗,腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术与开窗取胚术的效果均较好,但是开窗取胚术的时间稍短,两种术式都是有效的治疗方式。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of laparoscopic two conservative operations(laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo closure and laparoscopic salpingotomy)on tubal pregnancy and its impact on the outcome of repregnancy.Methods:Sixty-eight tubal pregnancy patients treated in Shenyang Anlian Women and Infants Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group 1 and observation group 2(34 in each group)according to random number grouping.Observation group 1 received laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo retrieval.Observation group 2 received laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo retrieval.The surgical indicators and re-pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no difference in the outcome of pregnancy between the two groups of patients after receiving different treatments(P>0.05),but the period of surgery for patients in observation group 2 was shorter,which is different from that in observation group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy patients,laparoscopic salpingotomy and fenestration are effective,but the time of fenestration is slightly shorter,and both methods are effective treatment.
