摘要
目的:探索鼻甲部分切除术与鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效及并发症发生率。方法:本次研究选取2016年4月~2018年5月在本院治疗的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者87例。慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者被归类为鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术组(观察组):44例患者采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术方案治疗;鼻甲部分切除术组(对照组):43例患者采取鼻甲部分切除术方案治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果:(1)经过治疗发现低温等离子射频消融术方案患者总有效率对比鼻甲部分切除术方案具有明显优势,P<0.05。(2)经过治疗发现低温等离子射频消融术方案患者出现并发症的概率比鼻甲部分切除术方案具有明显优势,P<0.05。结论:采用低温等离子射频消融术方案治疗患者的效果确切,对比临床疗效、并发症概率等方面有明显的优势,关于术后的长期效果该研究未进行深入与进一步探讨,存在一些不足,在此处有待改进。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and complication rate of partial turbinate resection and endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods:In this study,87 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated in our hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected.Patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were classified as nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation group(observation group):44 patients were treated with endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation protocol;partial turbinate resection group(control group):Fortythree patients were treated with partial turbinate resection.The clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment,it was found that the total effective rate of patients with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has a significant advantage over partial turbinate resection,P<0.05.(2)After treatment,it is found that the probability of complications in patients with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has a significant advantage over partial turbinate resection,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of using low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation to treat patients is definite,and it has obvious advantages over clinical efficacy and probability of complications,there is room for improvement.
