急诊呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Emergency Ventilator on Severe Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:观察急诊呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的36例重症急性左心心力衰竭的患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为常规治疗组和呼吸机治疗组,对两组患者治疗前后的呼吸频率、心率、血压情况以及治疗的有效率进行比较。结果:治疗前两组的呼吸频率、心率以及血压情况没有明显差异,治疗后两组的症状都比治疗前要好,同时呼吸机治疗组的各项身体情况和治疗有效率均优于常规治疗组,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用急诊呼吸机在重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的治疗中具有显著的效果,可以改善患者生命体征。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of emergency ventilator in the treatment of severe acute left heart failure.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,36 patients with severe acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital were divided into conventional treatment group and ventilator treatment group according to different treatment methods.Respiratory frequency,heart rate,blood pressure and treatment effectiveness were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in breathing frequency,heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups before treatment.The symptoms of the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment.At the same time,the physical condition and treatment efficiency of the ventilator treatment group were better than the conventional treatment group The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of emergency ventilator has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with severe acute left heart failure,which can improve the vital signs of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
