PICC在肿瘤内科化疗长期输液患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Picc in Patients with Long-Term Infusion of Chemotherapy in Oncology

目的:探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在肿瘤内科化疗长期输液患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院实施肿瘤疾病诊治处理的患者120例,分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用PICC输液治疗,而参照组采用静脉留置针穿刺输液治疗。记录、对比两组的静脉穿刺频次、导管留置时长、静脉穿刺费用,两者不良症状的发生情况。结果:接受诊治后,两组静脉炎、皮肤过敏、渗液及出血现象、导管阻塞、导管异位、导管相关性血流感染等不良症状的发生率对照,差异性显著(P<0.05),相较于参照组,观察组的不良症状发生率明显下降70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:PICC在肿瘤内科化疗长期输液患者中可减少输液相关并发症,提高患者化疗舒适度。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)in patients with long-term infusion of chemotherapy in medical oncology.Methods:Two hundred and twenty patients who were diagnosed and treated with tumor in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each.The observation group was treated with PICC infusion and the control group was treated with intravenous indwelling needle puncture infusion.The frequency of venipuncture,the length of catheter indwelling,and the cost of venipuncture were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:After the diagnosis and treatment,the incidence of adverse symptoms such as phlebitis,skin irritation,exudation and bleeding,catheter occlusion,catheter ectopic,and catheter-related bloodstream infection in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the incidence of adverse symptoms in the observation group decreased significantly by 70.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:PICC can reduce infusion-related complications and improve chemotherapy comfort in patients with long-term infusion of chemotherapy in oncology.
