全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer in Routine Blood Test

目的:探究全自动血细胞分析仪在血常规检验中的应用疗效。方法:选择2017年8月~2018年12月进行血常规检验患者60例作为对象,患者均以镜检分类结果作为阳性标准,运用随机数字表将患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用涂片镜检,观察组使用全自动血细胞分析仪检验。比较两组患者检验后的阳性检出率。结果:经检测后,观察组单核细胞(MO)、幼稚细胞/核左移(IG)、原始细胞/异型淋巴细胞(OTHER)的阳性检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将全自动血细胞分析仪运用到血常规检验中,其效果更为理想。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of automatic blood cell analyzer in routine blood test.Methods:60 patients with routine blood tests from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients all used the results of microscopic examination as positive criteria,and the patients were divided into a control group(n=30)and observation using a random number table.Group(n=30).The control group was examined by smear microscopy,and the observation group was examined by automatic hematology analyzer.Compare the positive detection rate of the two groups of patients after the test.Results:After detection,the positive detection rate of mononuclear cells(MO),naive cells/left nucleus shift(IG),blasts/heterotype lymphocytes(OTHER)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the automatic blood cell analyzer to the routine blood test is more ideal,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
