探讨POCT血糖仪实施血糖信息化管理的观察效果

To Investigate the Effect of POCT Glucose Meter on Glucose Information Management

目的:研究血糖信息化管理用POCT血糖仪的价值。方法:选择2018年11月~2019年11月本院接诊的糖尿病患者100例,按照随机数表法原理均分2组。实验组血糖监测用POCT血糖仪,同时利用IGMS平台对数据进行记录。对照组血糖监测用便携式血糖仪,同时经人工对数据进行转抄,对比高血糖发生率等指标。结果:实验组数据记录错误率0、转抄错误率0、血糖漏测率0,比对照组的8.0%、12.0%及12.0%低,P<0.05。实验组仪器质控完成率100.0%、身份识别准确率98.0%,比对照组的80.0%、84.0%高,P<0.05。实验组高血糖发生率2.0%,优于对照组的16.0%,P<0.05。结论:于血糖信息化管理中运用POCT血糖仪,可取得显著成效,且有助于避免高血糖的发生。

Objective:To study the value of POCT glucometer for glucose information management.Methods:100 diabetic patients were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,and were divided into 2 groups according to the principle of random number table.In the experimental group,POCT glucometer was used for blood glucose monitoring and IGMS platform was used for data recording.In the control group,portable blood glucose meter was used for blood glucose monitoring.The incidence of hyperglycemia was compared.Results:The data recording error rate of the experimental group was 0,conversion error rate was 0,and blood glucose leakage rate was 0,which was lower than that of the control group(8.0%,12.0%and 12.0%),P<0.05.The instrument quality control completion rate and identification accuracy of the experimental group were 100.0%and 98.0%,higher than that of the control group(80.0%and 84.0%,P<0.05).The incidence of hyperglycemia in the experimental group was 2.0%,better than that in the control group(16.0%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of POCT glucometer in the informationized management of blood glucose can achieve remarkable results and help to avoid the occurrence of hyperglycemia.
