钼靶X线检查联合螺旋CT检查诊断乳腺癌的价值分析

The Value of Mammography Combined with Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的:观察钼靶X线检查联合螺旋CT检查诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法:本文研究对象为乳腺癌患者,对其分别实施钼靶X线检查、螺旋CT检查和钼靶X线检查联合螺旋CT检查,将病理诊断作为金标准,后分析检测结果。结果:CT诊断检出率60.00%、病理诊断检出率100.0%,二者间具有差异,P<0.05。钼靶X线检出率52.00%、病理诊断检出率100.0%,二者间具有差异,P<0.05。钼靶X线联合螺旋CT检出率96.00%、病理诊断检出率100.0%,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:螺旋CT、钼靶X线对乳腺癌的诊断均有重要价值,各有特点,临床联合应用能显著提高乳腺癌诊断的准确率,值得研究。

Objective:To observe the value of mammography combined with spiral CT in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:In this study,the patients with breast cancer were examined by molybdenum target X-ray,spiral CT and molybdenum target X-ray combined with spiral CT.The pathological diagnosis was regarded as the gold standard,and the results were analyzed.Results:The detection rate of CT and pathology was 60.00%and 100.0%,respectively,P<0.05.The detection rate of molybdenum target X-ray and pathological diagnosis was 52.00%and 100.0%,respectively(P<0.05).The detection rate of molybdenum target X-ray combined with spiral CT was 96.00%,the detection rate of pathological diagnosis was 100.0%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Spiral CT and molybdenum target X-ray are of great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and each has its own characteristics.The clinical combined application can significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of breast cancer,which is worth studying.
