氦氖激光联合药物治疗老年带状疱疹患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of He-ne Laser Combined with Drugs on Elderly Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的:分析在为老年带状疱疹患者实施治疗的过程中氦氖激光联合药物治疗的临床疗效。方法:本次实验研究的对象为86例老年带状疱疹患者,将患者分为接受氦氖激光联合药物治疗的研究组和单纯药物治疗对照组。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组与对照组患者相比,其止痛时间、止疱时间以及结痂时间均明显较短(P<0.05)。结论:氦氖激光联合药物治疗的运用提高了治疗有效性和质量,可以将其作为老年带状疱疹患者的理想治疗方法。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of he-ne laser combined with drug therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster.Methods:The subjects of this study were 86 elderly shingles patients,who were divided into a research group receiving he-ne laser combined with drug therapy and a control group receiving drug therapy alone.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the analgesic time,blister stopping time and scab forming time of the experimental group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:He-ne laser combined with drug therapy improves the efficacy and quality of treatment,which can be used as an ideal treatment for elderly patients with herpes zoster.
