吞咽治疗仪治疗卒中后吞咽功能障碍的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Swallowing Treatment Instrument on Swallowing Dysfunction After Stroke

目的:观察在为卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者实施治疗的过程中吞咽治疗仪的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究的对象为卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者92例,患者入院时间在2018年2月~2019年2月,按照随机平均原则将患者分为两组,给予常规药物联合吞咽功能、进食训练的46例患者作为对比组,将在对比组基础上加用吞咽治疗仪的46例患者作为治疗组。结果:在治疗效果、食管上括约肌完全开放率、咽期通过时间以及吞咽造影检查评分的比较上,治疗组患者与对比组患者均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在为卒中后吞咽障碍患者实施治疗服务的过程中,在常规药物联合吞咽功能、进食训练的基础上加用吞咽治疗仪可以提高治疗的效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of swallowing device during the treatment of patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods:The subjects of this experimental study were 92 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke.The patients were admitted from February 2018 to February 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random average principle.Forty-six patients with feeding training were used as the control group,and 46 patients with the swallowing device added to the control group as the treatment group.Results:There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in terms of treatment effect,complete esophageal sphincter open rate,pharyngeal passage time,and swallow angiography score(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of implementing treatment services for patients with dysphagia after stroke,the addition of a swallowing treatment instrument on the basis of conventional medicine combined with swallowing function and eating training can improve the treatment effect and is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
