摘要
目的:对新生儿采用床旁颅脑超声检测的方法,分析研究床前颅脑超声检测设备的重要临床应用价值,得出正确的管理应用方法。方法:选取500例新生儿,对新生儿出生后3d进行床旁颅脑超声检查,将检查结果与CT检查结果进行对比分析,得出相应的结果。结果:在本次实验中,早产儿331例,其中颅脑出血112例,正常产儿219例,颅内出血发生率为33.84%,床旁颅脑超声检测准确率100.00%。足月儿269例,颅内出血64例,正常产儿205例,颅内出血发生率为23.79%,床旁颅脑超声检测准确率100.00%。结论:对新生儿进行颅内出血诊断,合理的应用床旁颅脑超声诊断仪,采用合理的管理应用方法,可以较为明显地提升对新生儿颅内出血诊断的精准度,确保新生儿颅内出血诊断结果的正确性,为后续的治疗奠定了良好的基础,而且整个检测的过程,较为简单,可以实现无创、可重复检测,已经逐渐成为新生儿颅脑疾病的首选筛查方式。床旁颅脑超声检测仪的应用,对于新生儿颅内出血的诊断有较为明显的应用效果。
Objective:To analyze the important clinical application value of craniocerebral ultrasound detection equipment in front of bed,and to obtain the correct management application method.Methods:500 neonates were selected.Three days after the birth of the newborn,a cranial ultrasound examination at the bedside was performed,and the results of the examination were compared with the results of CT examination to obtain corresponding results.Results:In this experiment,there were 331 premature infants,including 112 cases of craniocerebral hemorrhage and 219 normal births.The incidence of intracranial hemorrhage was 33.84%,and the accuracy of ultrasound detection at the bedside was 100.00%.There were 269 term infants,64 cases of intracranial hemorrhage,and 205 normal births.The incidence of intracranial hemorrhage was 23.79%,and the accuracy of bedside cranial ultrasound was 100.00%.Conclusion:The diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in newborns,the rational application of bedside craniocerebral ultrasound diagnostic equipment,and the use of reasonable management and application methods can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage and ensure the diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in newborns.The correctness of the method has laid a good foundation for subsequent treatment,and the entire testing process is relatively simple,non-invasive and repeatable detection can be achieved,and it has gradually become the first screening method for neonatal craniocerebral diseases.The application of bedside craniocerebral ultrasound detector has obvious application effect on the diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage,and it can be promoted and applied in the clinic accordingly.
