动脉血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪在ICU危重患者检测中应用研究

Application Study of Arterial Blood Gas Analyzer and Automatic Biochemical Analyzer in the Detection of Critical Patients in ICU

目的:研究对ICU重症患者分别应用动脉血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪进行检测的效果。方法:选取本院收治的80例ICU危重患者为例,分别应用动脉血气分析仪与全自动生化分析仪对患者相关血常规及电解质指标进行检测。结果:两种分析仪测得的患者的红细胞压积、血红蛋白含量及血钠值差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);但动脉血气分析仪测得的血钾值要显著低于全自动生化分析仪测得的值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于ICU危重患者,动脉血气分析仪、全自动生化分析仪均可检测其红细胞压积、血红蛋白含量及血钠值等指标,但血钾的检测值存在一定差异,应将仪器的差异性考虑在内。

Objective:To study the effect of applying the arterial blood gas analyzer and the automatic biochemical analyzer to the ICU severe patients.Methods:Eighty critically ill patients with ICU admitted in our hospital were selected as an example.The blood routine and electrolyte indexes of patients were detected by arterial blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:The hematocrit,hemoglobin content and blood sodium value of the patients measured by the two analyzers were not significantly different,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);The value measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For critically ill patients in ICU,arterial blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer can detect the indexes such as hematocrit,hemoglobin content,and blood sodium value.within consideration.
