无创血压监护仪在肺癌伴房颤病人血压测量中的准确性分析

Accuracy Analysis of Noninvasive Blood Pressure Monitor in Blood Pressure Measurement of Lung Cancer Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨无创血压监护仪在肺癌伴房颤病人血压测量中的准确性。方法:随机选择本院在2017年6月~2018年12月收治的102例肺癌伴房颤病人为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,平均每组51例。其中,对照组实施侵犯性测量血压,血压值计算为连续3次测量的平均值。而实验组给予无创血压监护仪测量血压,评估自动和有效的摆动上臂和腕部设备评估动脉压力的准确性。结果:两种方法测得的收缩压和舒张压值在窦性心律和房颤患者之间无显著差异(P>0.05),两种测量技术均未显示窦性心律和房颤患者收缩压的差异有显著性。结论:在通过无创血压监测仪测量的肺癌伴房颤分析患者的血压值时,临床护理人员应该谨慎,但是就目前的研究结果而言,认为心房颤动不应成为减少患者使用振荡器监测家庭血压的原因。

Objective:To study the noninvasive blood pressure monitor in lung cancer associated with atrial fibrillation patients blood pressure measurement accuracy of the analysis,Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital in June 2017~December 2018102 cases of lung cancer associated with atrial fibrillation patients as the research object,is divided into the experimental group and control group,on average,each group of 51 people.Implementation of the invasive measurement of blood pressure among them,the control group,the blood pressure values calculated for measuring the average of 3 times in a row.And the experimental group for noninvasive blood pressure monitor measuring blood pressure,automatic evaluation and effective swinging arm and wrist equipment to assess the accuracy of the arterial pressure.Results:Two methods of measured values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with atrial fibrillation and sinus rhythm,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between two measurement techniques are not shown sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation in patients with systolic blood pressure difference is significant.Conclusion:Through non-invasive blood pressure monitor lung cancer associated with analysis of blood pressure in patients with atrial fibrillation,clinical nursing staff should be cautious,but in terms of the current study results,we think that patients with atrial fibrillation should not be reduced using oscillator home blood pressure monitoring.
