西门子双源256排CT在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值分析

Pplication Value Analysis of Siemens Dual Source 256-slice CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析西门子双源256排CT在急性脑梗死诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取本院2018年全年收治的急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组使用数字减影血管造影技术,观察组使用西门子双源256排CT进行诊断。比较VPCT各项参数以及诊断准确率和敏感度。结果:在VPCT各项参数以及诊断准确率和敏感度各个方面,观察组和对照组比较无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:西门子双源256排CT仪器在急性脑梗死诊断中具有极高的准确率,临床价值相对较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of Siemens dual source 256-slice CT in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital in 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group used digital subtraction angiography and the observation group was diagnosed with Siemens dual-source 256-slice CT.Compare the parameters of VPCT and the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity.Results:There were no differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of VPCT parameters,diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity(P>0.05).Conclusion:Siemens dual-source 256-slice CT instrument has a very high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,and its clinical value is relatively high.
