外科植入物磁共振兼容性安全评价方法和测试平台搭建

Safety Evaluation Methods for Compatibility of Surgical Implants in the Magnetic Resonance Environment and the Testing Platform Building

磁共振成像相比于传统的放射成像有较多的临床优点,而由于磁共振系统产生的电磁场与外科植入物的相互作用引发了相关安全问题。文章对外科植入物磁共振兼容性安全评价方法作了详细的介绍,在此基础上,对搭建安全评价测试平台作了深入探讨,提出了搭建测试平台的方法,以及所需要的仪器和设备。

Compared with the traditional radiation imaging,Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)has more clinical advantages,and the safety problems are caused by the mutual effections of electromagnetic field produced by MRI system and surgical implants.In this article,the safety evaluation methods for compatibility of surgical implants in the magnetic resonance environment are introduced in details.On this basis,the testing platform building for the evaluation is further discussed.The method for testing platform building,as well as the required instruments and equipments are proposed.
