不同含银伤口敷料对CT图像质量的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Different Silver-containing Wound Dressings on CT Image Quality

目前为避免可能造成的图像失真,患者在使用含银敷时,在做CT检查之前必须去除这些敷料。为测试患者做CT检查时是否一定需要去除敷料,该实验在猪后腿贴含银伤口敷料后进行CT检查,观察是否会引发图片失真。实验证明,使用含银敷料CT成像,敷料尺寸大小、基材无明显差异。有敷料与无敷料CT影像对比拍平片、骨折等无差异,但是对比软骨及软组织破坏情况影响明显。含银敷料与不含银敷料对比,CT成像差异不明显,银离子、磺胺嘧啶银、纳米银三类含银敷料差异不明显,无明显伪影。因此,在CT成像期间将敷料留在适当位置,对拍平片、骨折成像无影响,它将减少更换敷料的需要相关的成本负担,减少患者的痛苦。

To avoid any possible image distortion,the patients must remove the silver containing dressings before CT examination at present.In order to test whether the dressing must be removed when the patient is under the CT examination,the experiment is to carry out CT examination after the pig's hind leg is pasted with wound dressing containing silver to observe whether the picture will be distorted.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the size of dressing and the base material.There was no difference in plain film and fracture between CT images with and without dressing,but compared with cartilage and soft tissue damage,the effect is obvious.There was no significant difference in CT imaging between the two dressings,and no significant difference between silver ion,sulfadiazine silver,no obvious artifact.So during the CT imaging,the dressing should be left in a proper position,there is no effect on the imaging of flat film and fracture.It will reduce the cost of changing dressings and reduce the pain of patient.
