320排CT在冠状动脉成像影像学诊断中的应用

Application of 320-Slice CT in Imaging Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Imaging

目的:对320排CT应用于冠状动脉成像(CTA)影像学诊断中的临床意义加以探究。方法:对2017年1月~2019年1月在本院接受320排CTA检查的200例受检者临床资料加以回顾性分析,对其中80例受检者在后期开展冠状动脉造影诊断情况加以对比分析。结果:本组冠状动脉为正常表现者109例,轻度狭窄者52例,中度狭窄者23例,重度狭窄者16例。结论:320排CTA作为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)检查中一种无创诊断手段,能够为冠心病患者分级及治疗提供重要的临床依据,也是对高危人群在体检过程中筛查冠心病的一种首要方法。

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of 320-slice CT in coronary artery imaging(CTA)imaging diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of 200 subjects who underwent 320 rows of CTA in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and 80 patients were diagnosed with coronary angiography at a later stage.Comparative analysis.Results:Coronary arteries were normal in 109,52 in mild stenosis,23 in moderate stenosis,and 16 in severe stenosis.Conclusion:320-row CTA,as a non-invasive diagnostic method in coronary heart disease examination,can provide important clinical evidence for the classification and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
