解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Anatomical Plate Internal Fixation for Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的:分析解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2019年1月本院收治的40例胫骨平台骨折患者,随机平均分为两组,观察组患者给予解剖钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者给予空心加压螺钉治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率,及手术时间、住院时间、术中出血、骨痂出现时间等临床各项指标。结果:观察组患者的临床有效率为90%,显著优对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血及骨痂出现时间等临床指标均显著低对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效显著,具有提高坚强的内固定,可有效缩短患者住院时间,减少术中出血量,是一种安全可靠的治疗方式。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of anatomical plate internal fixation on tibial plateau fractures.Methods:Forty patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with anatomical plate internal fixation and the control group was treated with hollow compression screws.The clinical effectiveness of patients in the two groups were compared,and clinical indicators such as operation time,length of hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding,and appearance of epiphysis were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 90%,which was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Clinical indicators such as operation time,length of hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding,and appearance of epiphysis were significantly lower in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation of anatomical plate for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures has a significant clinical effect.It has a strong internal fixation,which can effectively shorten the hospital stay and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.It is a safe and reliable treatment.
