双腔心脏起搏器治疗慢性心律失常患者40例临床效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨双腔心脏起搏器治疗慢性心律失常患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年10月~2018年10月在本院实施心脏起搏器植入的70例患者的病例资料,患者按照植入起搏器不同分为单腔组与双腔组。单腔组行常规麻醉,植入单腔心脏起搏器;双腔组行局部麻醉,植入双腔心脏起搏器。比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标。结果:使用植入起搏器者后,两组患者的各项心功能指标均较治疗前明显改善,使用双腔起搏器者改善更好。结论:对慢性心律失常患者使用双腔心脏起搏器治疗的临床效果显著,心功能改善明显。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dual-chamber cardiac pacemaker on patients with chronic arrhythmia.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the case data of 70 patients undergoing cardiac pacemaker implantation in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018.The patients were divided into singlechamber group and double-chamber group according to the pacemaker implantation.The single-chamber group underwent conventional anesthesia and implanted a single-chamber cardiac pacemaker;the double-chamber group underwent local anesthesia and implanted a double-chamber cardiac pacemaker.The cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:After using the implanted pacemaker,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and those using the dual-chamber pacemaker improved better.Conclusion:The clinical effect of dual-chamber pacemaker treatment for patients with chronic arrhythmia is significant,and the improvement of cardiac function is obvious,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
