摘要
目的:探究24h尿在不同的保存条件下对生化项目检测结果的影响。方法:收集2019年11月~2020年1月采集的20份患者尿液,分4份,分别在不同的保存条件下进行生化项目的检测比较检测结果。结果:常温保存与冷藏保存的生化指标检测无明显差异(P>0.05)。冷藏保存与常温添加浓盐酸保存的生化指标检测差异显著(P<0.05)。冷藏保存与添加硼酸在常温进行保存的生化指标检测差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:24h尿液在冷藏条件下与常温条件下的生化检测结果差异微小,常温保存更易实现,可降低保存要求且不影响检测结果,临床应用更为安全适用。
Objective:To explore the effect of 24h urine under different storage conditions on the test results of biochemical items.Methods:Collect 20 urine samples of four patients were collected and from November 2019 to January 2020,divided into four.The 4 samples,and compare the results of biochemical items were testedtests under different storage conditions to compare the test results.Results:There was no significant difference in the detection of biochemical indexes between normal temperature storage and cold storage(P>0.05).The difference in the detection of biochemical indexes between cold storage and storage at room temperature and concentrated hydrochloric acid was significant(P<0.05).The difference between the biochemical indexes of cold storage and boric acid storage at room temperature was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The difference between the biochemical test results of 24h urine under cold storage conditions and normal temperature conditions is small,and normal temperature storage is easier to achieve,which can reduce the storage requirements without affecting the test results,and the clinical application is safer and applicable.
