分析品管圈模式对腹腔镜手术器械设备维修及时率的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Control Circle Mode on the Maintenance and Timely Rate of Laparoscopic Surgical Instruments and Equipment

目的:分析品管圈模式对腹腔镜手术器械设备维修及时率的影响。方法:在2018年6月~2019年7月对本院40份腹腔镜手术器械设备实施品管圈模式,将实施前设为对照组,实施后设为观察组,对比实施前后两组手术器械维修及时率和设备完善率,以及医护人员对器械的使用满意度。结果:观察组手术器械维修及时率、设备完善率和医护人员对器械的使用满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈模式在腹腔镜手术器械设备的管理中,可有效提高器械的维修及时率和医护人员对器械的使用满意度。

Objective:To analyze the influence of the quality control circle mode on the maintenance and timely rate of laparoscopic surgical instruments and equipment.Methods:From June 2018 to July 2019,the quality control circle mode was implemented on 40 laparoscopic surgical instruments and equipments in our hospital.Timeliness of equipment maintenance and equipment perfection rate,as well as medical staff’s satisfaction with the use of equipment.Results:The observation equipment maintenance time rate,equipment perfection rate and medical staff’s satisfaction with the use of equipment were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle mode can effectively improve the maintenance time rate of equipment and the satisfaction of medical staff with the use of equipment in the management of laparoscopic surgical equipment.
