改进流程管理对硬式内镜器械清洗质量及损耗率的影响

Effect of Improved Process Management on the Cleaning Quality and Wastage Rate of Rigid Endoscopic Instruments

目的:分析和探讨改进流程管理对硬式内镜器械清洗质量及损耗率的影响。方法:对2017年1月~2018年1月与2018年1月~2019年1月本院硬式内镜器械清洗工作进行回顾,前者命名为对照组,共计889件硬式内镜器械,采用常规式流程管理,后者命名为观察组,共计1041件硬式内镜器械,采用改进式流程管理,对比两组的硬式内镜器械清洗质量及损耗率。结果:观察组的仪器损耗率以及清洗质量评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改进流程管理可以有效地提升硬式内镜器械清洗质量,降低损耗率,提升硬式内镜器械的使用寿命。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the impact of improved process management on the cleaning quality and wear rate of rigid endoscopic instruments.Methods:Review the cleaning work of our hard endoscopic instruments from January 2017 to January 2018 and January 2018 to January 2019.The former was named as the control group,a total of 889 hard endoscopic instruments,using conventional Process management,the latter named the observation group,a total of 1041 hard endoscope instruments,using improved process management,comparing the two groups of hard endoscope instruments cleaning quality and wear rate.Results:The instrument wear rate and cleaning quality evaluation of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improving process management can effectively improve the cleaning quality of rigid endoscopic instruments,reduce the loss rate,and increase the service life of rigid endoscopic instruments.
