In the face of complicated and changeable external environment,operators put forward that 5G+4G coordinated development is the key content of network development and construction in the period of transformation.This is because the coordinated development of 5G+4G can not only alleviate the pressure of 4G capacity,but also maintain the competitiveness of 5G network.With the goal of 5G+4G efficient coordination and low-cost network construction,this paper analyzes in detail the problems of site,frequency and power coordination in networking coordination,and proposes different development strategies respectively.At the same time,the 5G+4G capability collaborative construction plan is proposed to ensure capacity,interference and architecture coordination.Finally,the new billing model in the 5G era is proposed according to the characteristics of business development.The 5G+4G collaborative development strategy not only generates huge synergies,but also lays a solid foundation for 5G large-scale commercialization.At the same time,it can reduce the cost of network construction and provide a constructive guiding plan for future engineering construction.
