摘要
随着硕士研究生招生规模的日益扩大,研究生选拔也面临着更大的挑战。本文在分析当前硕士研究生选拔现状的基础上,提出了基于“全面考核、突出重点”原则并以素质版块考核为核心的研究生选拔新模式,对优化硕士研究生选拔具有一定的参考价值。
With the expansion of graduate student enrollment,graduate student selection is also facing greater challenges.Based on the analysis of the current situation of postgraduate selection,this paper puts forward a new mode of postgraduate selection,which are based on the principle of"overall assessment while highlighting key points"and centered on the assessment of quality section.It has a certain reference value for the optimization of postgraduate selection.
