轴瓦钨金温度是一项重要的监视参数,反映轴承的运行状况。文章首先介绍了六瓦瓦温偏高接近报警值的异常现象,通过解体检查分析六瓦瓦温偏高的原因,并制定相应的处理措施,使瓦温得以控制。
The tungsten temperature of the bearing bush is an important monitoring parameter,which reflects the operation status of the bearing.First of all,this paper introduces the abnormal phenomenon that the temperature of the six-watt is too high and close to the alarm value,analyzes the reasons for the high temperature of the six-watt through disintegration inspection,and formulates the corresponding treatment measures to control the temperature of the six-watt.
