信息化质检业务管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Informatization Quality Inspection Business Management System

针对传统测绘质检业务管理受人为或客观因素制约,不利于资源的优化配置、工作效率低下的问题,本文采用ASP.net开发框架、Bootstrap前端开发框架、工作流技术、ADO.NET支持连接池机制,运用面向业务与管理的全过程管理与质量控制手段,构建集质检生产管理、业务处理、资源管理、公共管理、系统管理于一体的信息化质检业务管理系统,实现网络环境下系统间各类管理信息的上传下达,规范质量检验组织管理模式,提高质检管理水平及办公效率。

The management of traditional surveying and mapping quality inspection is subject to artificial or objective factors,which is not conducive to optimal allocation of resources and improvement of efficiency.ASP.net development framework,Bootstrap front-end development framework,workflow technology,and ADO.NET support connection pool mechanism were applied in this paper,the whole process management and quality control methods in accordance with business and management were used to construct an informatization quality inspection business management system,integrating quality inspection production management,business processing,resource management,public management,and system management.Under the network environment,the uploading of various types of management information between systems was realized,the quality inspection organization management mode was standardized,and the quality inspection management level and working efficiency were improved.
