摘要
现如今社会资源不断枯竭,许多城市逐渐走向资源枯竭型城市,因此,国家大力在全国范围内推进再生资源循环经济产业,许多“双百工程”的再生资源循环经济产业建设被提上了日程[1-2]。本文就阜新市再生资源循环经济产业土地规划项目中,如何合理地制订施工测量的方案、保证测量精度、尽可能地节约成本、降低作业难度等问题进行了分析,主要从控制点选取布设、道路提取放样、土方量计算以及测量精度检核几方面着手。通过具体的实施,分析了设计在土地规划项目中的可行性,并基于MFC平台开发检验程序对设计方法进行实施验证,结果表明,该设计能够加快测量速度、提升测量效率、节约成本,在土地规划施工测量项目中具有普适性。
Nowadays,with the continuous exhaustion of social resources,many cities are gradually moving towards resource-exhausted cities.Therefore,the state vigorously promotes the recycling economy industry of renewable resources throughout the country,and many"double-hundred projects"of the recycling economy industry construction of renewable economic sources has been put on the agenda[1-2].This paper analyzes the problems of how to reasonably formulate the construction survey scheme,ensure the survey accuracy,save the cost as much as possible and reduce the operation difficulty in the land planning project of recycled resources circular economy industry in Fuxin City,mainly from the selection and layout of control points,road extraction and lofting,earthwork calculation and measurement accuracy.The feasibility of the design in the land planning project is analyzed through the concrete implementation.The design method is verified based on the MFC platform development test program.The results show that the method can speed up the measurement speed,improve the measurement efficiency and save the cost.It is universal in the land planning and construction survey projects.
