浅析李清照词作译文意境的得与失

Losses and Gains of Artistic Conception in Li Qingzhao Lyrics'Translation

李清照是宋代婉约派词人的代表,被称为“千古第一才女”,其诗词作品也受到众多人的青睐,且被翻译成英文引入国外,其作品不仅具有文学价值也具有美学价值。然而,翻译是将一种语言信息转化为另一种语言信息,在两种语言的转化中,尤其是诗词作品的翻译中,是否还会完整的保留源语言的信息和意境呢?本文将以胡品清、许渊冲和王红公三个版本的李清照词《点绛唇》的英文译作为例,从美学角度来研究李清照词意境在翻译过程中的得与失。

Li Qingzhao is a representative of the graceful poetic genre in Song Dynasty,and is called"the most talented woman of all ages",whose lyrics have been favored by people and were translated into English.However,translation is to transform one language into another language.In the transformation of two languages,especially in the translation of poetry works,will the information and artistic conception of the source language be completely preserved?This paper will take the English translation of Li Qingzhao's lyrics by Hu Pinqing,Xu Yuanchong and Kenneth Rexroth as an example to study the gain and loss of the artistic conception from the perspective of aesthetics.
