论“双一流”建设背景下大学校园中的“老师”称谓与师生关系

摘要 "老师"是对教师的尊称,是能够给人指导、值得学习和效仿的人。"老师"称谓以其儒雅、尊贵的内在特质已经越来越广泛地被应用于其他领域或行业,但却在大学中受到了冷落,具体表现为"老师"称谓的职务化、市场化和江湖化。这种变化反映出大学中行政权力的强化、育人责任的弱化和教师尊严的缺失。师生关系和"老师"称谓具有紧密的内在关联,"老师"称谓受到冷落与对师生关系的错误认知密切相关。"双一流"建设需要还"老师"应有的尊严,让"老师"成为大学中最高贵的称呼,让"老师"成为大学中最受尊重的人。对此需要教师、学生、学校、政府与社会协调行动、共同努力。 “Teacher”is an honorable title for teachers,those people who give guidance to students and are worthy of learning and imitating.With its inherent characteristics of refinement and nobility,it has been widely used in many fields and industries.However,this appellation has been ignored in universities,mainly embodied as duty oriented,market-oriented and Jianghu oriented.This change reflects the strengthening of administrative power,the weakening of educational responsibility and the lack of teachers’dignity.There is a close internal association between teacher-student relationship and“teacher”appellation,and the neglect of“teacher”is closely related to the misunderstanding of teacher-student relationship.“Double first-class”construction needs to return the dignity to“teachers”,make the“teacher”the noblest title in the university,and make the“teacher”the most respected person in the university.It is necessary to call teachers,students,schools,government and society to coordinate and make joint efforts.
