师范生乡土情怀培养的思考 被引量:6

摘要 振兴乡村关键在教育,振兴乡村教育重点在教师。作为未来乡村教师的师范生,是否富有乡土情怀成为解决乡村教师"下不去、留不住、教不好"问题的新思路。为探索高校培养师范生乡土情怀的路径,本文对当前乡村教师困境进行了揭示,论证了乡土情怀对其专业生活的意义,并在此基础上提出了选拔生源、思想引领、完善课程和教材、实习和支教体验、乡村教育研究等方面的建议。 The key to rural revitalization lies in education,and teachers are most crucial for the education.Whether students in universities and colleges,as the future rural teachers,have local affections is another solution to the problem of rural teachers’“failing to go down,stay and teach”.In order to explore ways to cultivate local affections of normal university students,this study reveals the current predicaments of rural teachers,demonstrates the significance of local affections to their professional life,and on this basis puts forward suggestions to universities and colleges on selecting students,guiding thoughts,improving courses and textbooks,practicing,rural education research and other aspects.
