高速电梯曳引机性能测试系统的设计与研究

Design and Research on Performance Test System for High-speed Elevator Traction Machines

电梯曳引机由电动机、制动器、联轴器、减速箱、曳引轮、机架和导向轮及附属盘车手轮等组成。它安装在电梯机房内或电梯井道内,一般在建筑物顶层之上或井道内部,是电梯的动力装置。通过构建性能测试系统来对电梯曳引机的性能参数进行测试。采用效率测试、制动器可靠性测试、同步曳引机上行超速保护装置试验等性能测试。最后通过测试试验与数据分析来验证电梯曳引机运行情况,测试精度以及该测试系统的精确性与可靠性。

The elevator traction machine is composed of electric motors,brakes,couplings,reduction gearboxes,traction wheels,the framework,guide wheels,and an auxiliary turning hand wheel.It is installed in the elevator machine room or in the elevator shaft,generally on the top of the building or inside the shaft,which is the power device of the elevator.The performance parameters of the elevator traction machine are tested by way of constructing a performance testing system.Performance tests,such as efficiency test,brake reliability test,and synchronous traction machine overspeed protection device test,are used.Finally,the operation situation of the elevator traction machine,the testing accuracy,and the accuracy and reliability of the test system are verified via the testing experiments and the corresponding data analysis.
